You are a wonderful doctor! Yes, [Dr. Mena] is extremely qualified, but he also listens to his patients and their families and patiently address all their concerns and fears. I am sure sometimes we asked too many questions, but he never made us fell like we were interfering . . .

 Here is a doctor that will still make a house call (although I have never needed one) and who actually looks at you and listens to you instead of being stuck to a computer making notes. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. He's one of the good guys.
